Cardamom Crepes

Ingredients:
1 cup milk plus up to another 1/2 cup
1 tsp Rose & Ruth’s Cardamom
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 & 1/3 cups flour
1 egg
ghee

Instructions:
1. Blend milk, Rose & Ruth’s Cardamom, salt, sugar, flour, and egg in blender until smooth. Scrape down sides and add more milk if necessary.
2. Pour mixture into bowl.
3. Heat ghee in cast iron pan on medium-high heat.
4. Scoop about 1/2 cup of mixture into pan for a thin single layer.
5. Cook about 3 minutes until golden brown.
6. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Repeat for as many crepes as you’d like!
8. Roll, top with honey, & enjoy
