Blueberry, Amchur, & Ginger Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 tsp Rose & Ruth’s Green Mango Amchur
1/8 tsp Rose & Ruth’s Ginger
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp honey
Juice of 1/2 lime
~10 blueberries
A few mint leaves/mint sprig
A few ice cubes
Seltzer

Instructions:
1) Combine Green Mango Amchur, Ginger, water, honey, and lime juice in a saucepan on the stove. Stir until simmering. Remove from heat.
2) Combine honey-spice mixture, blueberries, and mint in a cocktail shaker. Muddle.
3) Add ice cubes and shake.
4) Strain shaken mixture into glass, and top with seltzer.
5) Garnish with mint sprig and blueberries. Enjoy!
